A handicapped cat can make a wonderful pet and lead a happy and contented life despite the difficulties.

Poppie's movie is featured on a website: OurHappyCat.com, a "place for all contented cats and owners to meet and greet," especially for those cats that have disabilities. The site has enormous resources of information from the dedicated creator and other places on behavior, health and other issues.
Poppie is from Afghanistan. He was lucky. Many other cats are not. But, there is hope and you can help. Without the help of the Afghan Stray Animal League, Poppie would not have made it to the U.S.
Poppie is actively tweeting about his life, happiness, dreams and travel experience ... if he does not sleep. A few tweets a month is his limit, but they are worthwhile reading, Poppie says.
Inspired by his epic journey, Poppie has produced art for you to enjoy. Please click here for Poppie Art.
Follow Poppie's journey through life as a tale of endurance, hope, love and friendship.
Other Poppies are helped by the Afghan Stray Animal League and the CH Kitties Club.
